I could have done worse. I ran a mile saturday and then did my weight training and eliptical on sunday.

i started out 312 lbs in 2007. I am (after many start overs) down to 241. my son gets married this year. I dont want to ruin anymore wedding photos. I exercise 5 and 6 days a week. I count every calorie, I measure everything, I track every bite. I just want to see better results.
