Got on the scale first thing this morning and finally had a drop! My daughter and I went to the gym for a quick workout then came home to clean the entire house. Finally sitting down after being busy all day. Gonna sleep good tonight!

Feeling a little sore this morning from my work out last night. I guess that's a good thing. I woke up and left for work in a hurry so i didn't pack my lunch :( I'm eating almonds and a hard boiled egg. At least I leave early for a Dr. Appt.

Started the gym about 4 weeks ago. I try to go at least 3/4 times a week doing 30 minutes of cardio then i work arms, legs and/or abs. I have noticed some improvement in my legs and butt area but not my stomach. More cardio maybe???
