I would love to just delete my entire profile and make all the evidence go away but this will not hide my constant failures from myself. I have failed time after time stick to the basics in order to improve my own health. I’ve often tried to find excuses or reasons for my struggle with my weight but can’t blame my upbringing or anything external for my struggle. It’s purely my lack of commitment that stands in my way.
I have 2 daughters who have both been recently started to get teased and bullied because of their weight. I can only do so much by talking, hopefully by leading the way I they will follow and start to also live a healthier life. I have no delusions of ever being muscular or even having a 6-pack, I would just like to walk without wobbling and wiggling. Hopefully also set an example for my girls.
I’m not seeking sympathy but rather want to let other people struggling know that they aren’t the only ones. Hopefully in time to come I can look back and say I did it but for now I’m taking baby steps.
As for my weight… right now I have no idea, honestly I’m to sh*t scared to step onto a scale. Hopefully I will do it soon but I know it’s gone up.
