I got some awesome news today from my dietitian. I had my lab work done on Monday for my A1C and Lipid panel and I just got the news.
Drum roll please..........
A1C went from 6.8 (Sept. 2017) to 5.9 (April 9, 2018) AWESOME!!!!!
Triglycerides went from 369 (Sept. 2017) to 193 (April 9, 2018) AWESOME!!!!!
HDL went from 35 (Sept. 2017) to 33 (April 9, 2018) This needs to go up to 43
LDL went from 76 (Sept. 2017 to 70 (April 9, 2018) AWESOME!!!!!!
Overall Ratio went from 4.2 (Sept. 2017) to 3.5 (April 9, 2018) AWESOME!!!!!
I am so please with the AWESOME progress I have made; my hard work is paying off.

I am very happy with my weight loss since I last weighed on April 4th. My knee is still bothering me but not as bad as last week. I wear the knee brace(for support) when I bowl and do excessive amounts of walking. Wearing the knee brace when I bowl has actually improved the way I throw the ball so I may continue to wear it when I bowl.

Lost 1 lb., not as good as last week but it is still a loss. Going to bowl tomorrow night; will have to modify the way I throw the ball and hope I do not mess my knee up anymore.

Happy with my 3.2 lb. weight lose this week, not bad considering I still cannot do my aerobics workout due to my knee being sprained.
