HEllo, I am a 26yr old mom of threee daughters that are 6,5 and 2yrs old. I have been over weight since I had my 1st child. I lost all my weight after my 3rd child by only eating vegis meat and fruit but the I went back to eating normal food and not working out adn I am right back were I started.
