Great day today! I think oatmeal and fruit are the key! I'm going to try to eat them for breakfast/lunch this week and see how I feel -- filling and delish!
Pilates class today was funny. The woman says aaaaaaaaaaaaaahbdomen, like stretching the "a" is an exercise in itself :)

I feel totally untethered. In my mind, I'm totally ready to lose weight, and then something comes up like a movie, and I don't know how to not get popcorn, how to not eat sour patch kids. This time I counted out a serving of sour patch kids and tossed the rest of the bag, which is something, I guess. But still...

I did NOT have a corn dog! BUT I did have an ice cream waffle...and then we went to a friend's for a bbq...deadly! But a great day! I'm happy to be off-track today, it was such a great time!

No late night snacking last night! Yaaay! But, no formula for how I avoided it, so half a yay, really.
Today we're going to the fair -- I don't care, I'm having a corn dog. Called it, stamped it! No erasies!

I'm just starting again at WW -- I joined in 2004 for the first time, and lost 25+ pounds, which I've mostly kept off. My weight always seems to go between 190 and 200, and I feel like my body is comfortable here, but I want to go further. I'm tired of this plateau!
I eat fairly well -- no fast food, not a lot of sweets, no pop or juice, lots of fruit and veggies. But I have a really hard time with snacking at night. Even though it's low-fat popcorn and carrots with hummus, those snacks add up and sabotage me. Plus, I love beer. Love it.
I do go to the gym 2x/week, but i'm in a bit of a rut there. I do the same thing (eliptical for 30 minutes on the cross-country setting + 30 minutes weights/floor), and I dont' think I push myself enough. I also do yoga & pilates, but infrequently. I'm a great walker, and regularly do long walks around the city, which is great for maintaining, but crappy for losing.
Basically, I just really need some encouragement and a community to help me get into this again and to reach my goal.
