Last night was a huge blowing of everything -- a bbq at a friend's place...more drinking than i counted here :) Oh well, today's another day. And it was a great party!!!

I'm (very slightly) down since starting! Yay! I have had some ice cream and cookie days in here, too, so I need to just stave off as many of those as possible, and I know I can do even better!

Writing all my food down like this has been sooo helpful -- every day I can see where I've needed to cut back but haven't, and where I need to eliminate number of portions, etc. I feel so positive today!
