Not sure if I'm doing this correctly. My weight goes up & down by 1lb. every day...But my clothes feel baggy. Hard to stay motivated with this type of progress. But I will stick with it. Walking the dog wears him & me out!!

Working it....getting comfortable with the new way of healthy lifestyle. Had some cravings today, but I tested myself and had cheese, pork rinds & olives!! Had alot of energy yesterday, but not so much today, kinda bummed about that. Down 1lb. YAY!!

Maybe it is just in my mind, but my pants are getting longer, or my height is shrinking from this healthy life style...LOL
