I am currently fasting (I know, it's kind off too late but it just didn't fit into my life before Easter so I'm doing it now).
It's a non-solids fast which I am aiming to do for ten days. Currently in day 6 and all I can think about if food.
Physically, I am really not hungra, but mentally, my brain wants me to have food and to chew on something. I don't know whether it's will power or self-belief but somehow I manage to tell myself I don't need it.
It's getting difficult though, I need motivation :D I mean I lost a crazy amount of weight (which is mostly water though, so will be back right after the fast) but last year when I did it, I felt tremendously, this time, I'm just tired and have no energy. Additionally, I really feel dizzy when getting up in the morning.
But the goal is to keep up until Thursday.
I want to eat an apple.
