its ridiculous how low my calorie intake needs to be in order for me to lose weight. But I's worth it I guess. I'm using Fittea. I saw a banner ad and bought it. It works really well to control my appetite. I have to remind myself this is just temporary. I will be able to eat a bit more when I get to my goal.

losing 0.2 lb a week
30 April 2016
After not budging for over a week, the scale finally budged. I don't know why because I'm still eating the same boiled eggs and oatmeal crap as always. The only thing I did different was in my exercise. I saw a video of a fitness guy who said if you take a lot of breaks during your workout, you will work harder during your intervals and avoid the stress hormone cortisol. Apparently cortisol is "public enemy #1"... Anyways, I gave it a try and took a lot of breaks during my run. He was right, I did run faster during the intervals. And I woke up 3 pounds lighter. I really don't know if that is why the scale went down. But it is an interesting theory! Happiness!!!

Note to self: if you are thawing your bagged frozen Trader Joe's food item in the microwave, make sure the bag is not made out of foil first. Um...ya...(dumbass)lol
