Darn girl scout cookies came in today...note to self, serving size is 2 cookies... Moderation, moderation, moderation. I refuse to deprive myself. Oh and one of my favorite servers brought cupcakes into work today. I scraped off half the icing but I had to try one. So yummy. She did say she swapped out ingredients so they weren't as bad for me lol. I love her :)

I've been slacking, plain and simple. Eating late at work, eating whatever looks good. Went shopping yesterday and stocked up on healthier foods so I'm not always reaching for the boys' snacks... oh, and did some pre-season swimsuit shopping to get me motivated... It's in the 80's this week... 110+ degree weather around the corner and I'm not going to be able to hide problem areas with layers of clothes!

Went out last night to dinner... First date night in forever... The inlaws took my kids overnight so we went to macaroni grill and rented movies... yes, there was pasta and candy involved. Date nights are few and far between so I'm not gonna beat myself up over it. Just have to watch what I eat the rest of the week... and I need to get in the habit of logging on daily and tracking what I eat and when I work out. I suck at that part. :/

So I came home from work mon night feeling 10 x's worse than I did b4 I went in. Turns out I have a upper respritory infection. Spent my day off yesterday resting up. Managed to yank myself out of bed to clean my kitchen and make a run for groceries. Anxiously awaiting the time when I can breathe again so I can get started on a work out routine :(
