Oh, these ratios are to die for! If only I could keep that steady for a few days!!!
I do need some veggies though, so I shall work that in with an avocado or broccoli.
Still did not sleep well last night. Going to the chiropractor today to see if he can work some mojo on my back. That always helps. And, going to try to squeeze in a trip to the fake bake (tanning salon)...because sunshine makes me feel better. =) Depending on what sort of time frame I end up with, I might try to get my hair done, and buy a new dress---since I have NONE. I went from hundreds to zero. Phooey. I hate shopping. Well....off to write more inventory, thank yous and do errands. Have a most blessed day all!!! Annie

I think when I fell off the LCHF wagon, I landed in funkytown. I am just in this "funk" with brainfog, tiredness, and just general unmotivated-ness. Very unlike me. The best way to describe the scenario is, that the wagon came through town and I grabbed onto a rope hanging off the back, and have been trying to pull myself on to the wagon again. At the moment, it feels like I've been dragged miles and miles on a dirt road; gotten shot at by Jim West and Artemus Gordon, and Dr. Loveless is trying to sabotage my every meal. (For those of you who watched Wild, Wild West back when Robert Conrad was handsome, you'll completely understand that.)
Anyways, I really need to get on with this and get moving. And right now, I am going to move into that nice hot jacuzzi, and hope to clear my head. ...toodles for now.

Okay...back to food logging and watchin' it. I was so delirious getting up this morning...never even made it over to the scales. Went right to the coffee, and then to the computer, and started work on.... YEP! You guessed it! .. inventory. Again.
Its hard to remember everything that was in each room, but once I got started it was hard to stop. So, I think I've finished all the jewelry. I've come to the conclusion that jewelry in Hawaii was a lot less expensive in the 1950's and 60's, than it is now. My Mom used to live on the big island, and she accumulated quite a collection of items from Ming's back in the day. That was when ivory was legal, I guess. I went online, searched, found most of her exact pieces, (she had a few custom pieces), and WOW! Then, when she and Daddy returned for their honeymoon in the 60's' and then a few other subsequent trips...it just all kept adding up. Since finishing that section, I am on clothing now. Boy. hard to find where I got all these things. And, then, there's all the stores who went out of business. Jacobson's. Crowley's. JL Hudson. Is Lord and Taylor still around? Sax Fifth Ave? Geez! Should be a fun day here. Will be logging food as soon as I have time. Have a blessed one, all!

Loved the chubby minion so much, I made it my avatar. HaHa!
Bad headaches for a couple days. Not sure what that is all about. Had some turkey bacon pieces crunched up in a salad today. Just used mayo for the dressing. I love mayo in place of salad dressing. Not sure why...just that and a little salt/pepper...and we're good. Working on inventory for the house. Pardon the French, but DAMN! I had ALOT of expensive antiques! All that Quartersawn oak furniture was worth a fortune. The Victorian mahogany dining set. The Habsburg China. man oh man!
Back to work now. Have a good one, folks!
