Dehydrated.
Changed my goal on myfatsecret.com to 10 pounds instead of my whopping 68 pounds so that psychologically it's a smaller, more achievable chunk.
Yesterday emotionally rough day in all kinds of ways.
Checked internal motivations.
Fear of loss (like of yet another important loved one) is a kicker but gotta learn to rise above it.
For sure emotional eater.
Up in weight from yesterday and from start.
Didn't walk this morning yet. Hopefully this afternoon.
Packing healthier lunch and eating healthy breakfast.
Planning seems to be part of the solution. Morale down. Need some good news today. At that point of wondering what all this is for.
House is wreck. Laundry needs be done. Dishes need be done. Moving needs be done. When oh when is that part going to happen?
Second job scheduled for the rest of the month.
Dr appointments today after school.

TONIGHT: Got depressed, took a nap, didn't want to do anything, then heard a song on camp rock of all things and realized I have a choice to stand and fight for what I want. Got an attitude adjustment and went for my walk. Best walk yet of this series. Ate fruits and veggies this morning then broke down and had a cheeseburger with lunch and a hamburger for dinner, a little chocolate, a little milk, some grahm crackers with lunch etc. Not the best afternoon of eating, but at least I noticed I am not so bloated tonight like I have been nightly. I did eat an Ezekiel english muffin with butter and mango and rasberries on it. Yum :)
