Have consistently lost weight, but not enough, have not been obsessed with diet, but have tried to cut out carbs and put in more protein.

Started two weeks ago, but failed, due to grandchild being born, weekend away etc.
So starting from today (20th April 2014).
Had breakfast this morning.
Herbalife tea mid am.
Herbalife shake for lunch.
Trying to stick to drinking water, which I really don't enjoy.
