Another day of rest and recouperation. I am starting to move around a bit better today but a really bad sleep due to waking up because of the pain. Everything will be fine.

My diet is just getting out of control..I need to focus again to make sure that I have enough energy to teach my classes and be mentally focused for work purposes...I need to be smart...There is now a lock on the fridge so I cannot access all the bad stuff that Neill is consuming...Yeah...I need to add discipline and I will be on track..Need a goal to achieve so that I can keep focused....Half Marathon 17 Jul Hunter Valley and Sep City to Surf and half marathon....looking forward to it...
