Good job yesterday! only 53 over in calories and you stayed away from the junk. today - gym! 3 miles jog at least.

Day 1. You need to lose 22 pounds by 14 June!!!! DO IT!
There is spinning at 0600 at the gym, and its light enough to jog in the morning now. get out there. 0600-0700 exercise. 0700-0800 get ready for work. simple.
