I have been remiss in recording my weigh ins on this site, mainly because I forget. But I am happy to report that I am continuing my downward path! I have been tracking my food intake and trying to drink lots of water. It has worked for me. I still have a way to go, but as long as I lose a little each week, I know I can get there! I feel great, have lots of energy, and can tell a huge difference in everything I do!

Ups and downs! I guess I just want to keep it interesting. Seriously I did not drink enough water on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. It was the only thing that was different as far as watching what I eat. So water will be my new best friend this week.
