Missed my pump today. The summer schedule is still on for another week and a half. There is no pump on Thursday mornings. I hope that changes. So I did almost 40 mins of treadmill the barbell - medium weights
4 sets of 10 - chest
4 sets of 10 - tris
1 set of bis
1 set of staggered bis
4 sets of squats
2 sets of lunges each leg.

I weighted myself there and the scale stayed at 200 even. Hmmm... I like that scale! I was naked too.

I started back at Pump Class yesterday. I have to prepare myself for weight gain at first = that is why I have to measure my thighs etc... That is where it will start showing befor ethe loss happens. But there will be no HUNGER on this diet, no DEPRIVATION, no DIET in fact. Cam and I want to go somewhere warm and sunny in January. So that is my goal!
