WELL ... it's sunday I have recorded nada. I ate galore as I have been do'n .... I think once I get past my latest n longest journey (2mos.?) N my head is out of the clouds. as I use to say, I will b restarting my food choices better bc I head is more clear. Unless I again, give into my the evil side (food) of my 'desires'. Please Lord give me Strength.

I am so disgusted w/myself n yet I still have not commited as I should to get a handle on this. My mind is all over the place But That!... Noel .... her needs my feeling sorry for me, loving being home way more than I should .... more like I'm hiding out n getting FATTER!!! BC I just eat n eat n no move. I pray I can at Least start something w/this app.
