I am starting to dread this diet thing, I make all these delicious meals for my clients at work and for my husband and then am not allowed to touch it cause it is high calorie count. Not a complaint, but sometimes I just want to break away from it. I have a goal of being 135 pounds again and to tone up and I am going to stick it through. It's been 3 weeks and I've already lost 7 pounds so I am not doing too horrible. Just wished I had more recipes and snacks that didn't make me feel like I was wasting my limit.
