After much consideration I have decided to not follow Jillian Michael's diet....way too confusing! I did not like the recipes she had listed for my type of needs. According to her I'm a balanced oxifier and the foods she had listed weekly were mainly Spanish inspired foods which I do not eat. I tried to change them but the site would not let me. So I decided I would just use the guidelines she set for every meal and keep with in my super low calorie intake....way too much of a headache! Before I knew it I was almost at tears in front of the computer! I had food poisoning a few days ago...Karma for ordering a pizza when I KNEW I did not need so I missed my goal start date for the 30 day shred. Once I feel 100% again I'll start it. I did it last summer and it really worked for me but I was moving between states every weekend and went a week with out doing it...a BIG no-no and never had the motivation to get back into it.
