Today is my sixth day on the south beach diet. I have been doing amazing!!! With all the easter candy and chocolate laying around I found that I have some great willpower. I have been going to the gym for an hour at a time. Tonight I have my first visit with a trainer and I am nervous and excited at the same time. So far for workouts being as that I am a novice, I do 15 minutes eliptical , I do some other machine that you push the bar with your chest and it is supposed to help your abdominals. I do the stairs, some arm presses, and other various ones just cause I dont exactly have a workout regime yet. Hopefully this trainer can help and not be too hard on me. I have not weighed my self as of yet because I want to go the full two weeks before just so I can see a drop. Last time I weighed in everyday and quit right away because I was not seeing results. I find myself unprepared this time and do not have the money to go out and buy all new foods. I also cannot throw out the carbs that are haunting me everywhere because my boyfriend would not appreciate it or my kids. I will say it was alot easier last time and it saddens me that it is so hard and difficult this time. Its hard to find the right foods or the time to prepare them. I have 3 kids and my boyfriend works opposite shifts as me so that does not help. Last night I made spaghetti and meatballs but I only ate the meatballs and sauce with some cheese on top. I am thinking I should not have had the sauce either? Like I said I am working very hard on this and will continue. I hope that I can find more south beachers out there so I dont feel so alone!!!!

Ok so for the last three days I have been doing well on my new journey of my diet and exercise. I hve been going to the gym and working out for at least an hour. I do 15v minutes on the eliptical and then I try some other various machines to tone. I will be getting my first training session on Tuesday and then I can find out what to do for the best results and to get those target spots. Last night I also did 10 minutes on the stair climber and went swimming for a couple laps. I am sad that I was unable to got to the gym because of daycare being closed and my boyfriend had to get to work when I got home. I menat to buy a jumprope for at home but I keep forgetting when I go into hectic crazy walmart in which I want to be in and out as quick as possible!!! I did buy the wii fit for at home I claim its for the family but I had some selfish reasons too:)
