Day 2:
Got in a leg workout yesterday. Calculated RDI seems really high on this site. I have set mine down at 1300 for weight loss rather than the 2300 recommended. I would not lose any weight if I ate that many calories. Complete nutrition included in my daily plan (amino acids, protein, carbs, fat, vitamins, water). 1 hour minimum workout per day.
