Weight seems to have plateaued over the last three days. Yesterday's dinner was a heavy reception - canapes, sausages, chäschüechli, some wine - following a concert!

1. Morning blood sugar was 5.1mM - the lowest in recorded history! - thanks to a walk after dinner last night.
2. A walk after lunch dropped blood sugar levels from 6.7mM to 4.6mM, confirming that a walk is far more effective (and healthier) than NovaNorm!

Blood Sugar @ 15h00 (an hour after lunch) = 10.1 mM
Blood Sugar @ 16h00 (after a one hour walk) = 4.0 mM
Conclusion: 30-60min of walking after lunch means I could be off NovaNorm!

Current strategy is to keep to a 1000 Calorie deficit every single day! This theoretically leads to about 1kg drop per week...
(3500kcal deficit = one pound of fat loss)

Cholesterol limit is 300mg per day.
Sugar limit is 70g and 50g per day respy., for men and women.
