Breakfast today was raw zucchini and red pepper noodles freshly made. Soya mince cooked, rye flakes raw blended with almond milk and cinnamon.

Current condition taken Monday morning at 75.3kg
Staying on my current meal plan for this week and then a few tweaks here and there next week.
Calories stand at 3386 with an hour a day cardio split morning and noon 30min each. Plus gym 45-60min a day.

This has been my breakfast for the last 2 weeks. Kale 🥬, red peppers, green apple 🍏, soya mince (Holland and Barrett) there’s also missing in this photo, rye flakes porridge with almond milk and cinnamon.
