After I got sick I didn't work out the way I was supposed to :/ need to get that back on track and I thought having gym would really help lol. I want to do some jogging/running (i can't pace myself) for around 15 minutes twice a week just to start my days out right, it's just difficult to convince myself to do it at 5 AM. On the other 3 days I'm going to do sun salutations instead. When the weather is less bipolar and stays warm I hope to really start running more but hopefully I'll work my way up to that. I'm getting better at not eating when I'm not hungry and I'm doing better with drinking water as well.

Been sick and have barely eaten lately and haven't worked out since last Friday :( I don't want my body to hold onto the fat though!

I think I'm going to seriously need to lower my caloric intake if I'm going to lose anywhere near as much weight as I plan. I'm just not burning enough calories! It'll be better once I'm back at school but idk if I'll get enough exercise when I'll be eating more too... I guess I need to start working on cardio and running especially :/ oh and I'm drinking tonight after only drinking half the day's value of water

Today I drank my 8 servings of water as part of my 12-week challenge and worked out for an hour for the second challenge I took on. I also haven't eaten anything past 8 PM. Because I've been over-eating lately, I didn't eat the full RDI. Therefore, since I began recording my intake, I've burned approximately 37 calories more than I've consumed.
