Well I am back on track today and I'm being very strict about what I'm eating. I'm limiting my cheese to either one slice and using a small amount of the Parmesan cheese in the can to add some flavor to my burgers and eggs in the morning.
Just gotta remember that life isn't about food, it's about everything else :)

I've failed to keep my carbs under 20 grams today. I couldn't control myself when everyone was enjoying the cookies and I just had too much.

Sometimes it's hard being a nice person.
One of my clarinets (I'm the section leader) has a birthday tomorrow and he requested that I make my "famous" chocolate chip cookies. So, I obliged. Normally when I make cookies, I indulge in tasting the dough and a couple of cookies, but I couldn't and my brain was screaming at me for not eating one. So, I fixed myself some international coffee sugar-free and had 3 tbsp of PB, which I know is a no-no on induction, but it was the only thing that was going to keep me from consuming cookies, which was challenging because I felt like crying because I couldn't have any.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better...

Well I haven't lost any weight (maybe a product of drinking all that soda last night?? lol) but I feel like I've lost inches in my stomach area and the cellulite on the back of my thighs is seriously reduced!!! It's not puffing out like it did, it's only a very mild line :D I think I'm doing so well because you all motivate me to do well!
ALSO, I'm going to a car wash this morning and I'm gonna wear a two piece top with shorts because I feel confident! Also can't wait to get some good exercise waving signs and scrubbing tires haha :)
