Ok I need someone's help. I have been doing the southbeach diet and I love it! And when I have a day off that I am at home, I do great! But when I am at work, Moe's, I am having such a difficult time laying off the food. I look at it all day! The steak, queso, chips, etc.! And after working there now for 3 months you would think I would be sick of it, but I always want more!
I need help and advice on what I'm going to have to do to stop these habits!
