I am 51 years old and weigh 135 lbs. I would like to reach 120 lbs. I take Lyrica, Cymbalta, Flexeril and Verapamil. I have fibromyalgia and PSVT. (heart) I feel healthy and go to the gym 5 days a week. TRX, weights, cardio, spin and mix of cardio/spin. (each exercise is on one day) I am also active around the house. Please help me attain my goal!
