Back after a long hiatus, need to relose some weight but oh well. Decided today was the day to start that, don't care if I am sick, not gonna let it stop me.

Gained some weight over the last month but I have dropped size, which in the end is all that matters. Back on the Elliptical finally since the hubby is back in town and really feeling the difference in my lower back, butt, thighs and calves. Kicked my butt the first few times back on it with my lungs but got back into the swing quickly. Getting that and evening runs in almost daily now, averaging 8 miles. ^_^ YAY! Won't lie, I hate seeing the pounds go up but going into the dressing room and having to grab a smaller size jeans is well worth it. (Though my thighs are making it a tad harder to find jeans now. Gonna have to start getting the waist taken in, oh well.)

Wow, apparently I do need to eat something with all the working out. lol Last fast I took it easy since the hubby was out of town. This time, since he is here, went full force. So having to make a slight adjustment. Some food but majorly cut back to a semi fast for the next couple of week. Will see how it holds up. Long as I don't feel like I did tonight I will keep at it, if turns into a health issue will slowly add in more until I find a good ground. Still going with the cleanse and broth most of the day, hopefully this will hold strong. Thankfully will no no issue for full fast on workout off days. Onward ho!

That felt awesome!!!! With the hubby being out of town I hadn't been able to get out on runs, been working out at home. Got out two times before today and was sucking eggs...Tonight pushed it and did nearly 8 miles tonight. OH YEAH! (Something about a kick butt run on a fast that really just makes you weeeeeeeeeeeee! LOL. Time for strength training, some yoga and then a hot shower. YAYAYAY!)
