Well..., here I go again!!!! Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I am dedicating this entry to myself and good health. I have failed to accomplish my goals in 2016 and I now refuse to allow another year to get the best of me. I am determined to reach my new goal for this year and beyond. I thank the lord that I am given this opportunity to continue my efforts in losing weight and with guidance from above, I can and will be successful in achieving my goals. My goal is to lose 75 lbs and to remain dedicated to my fitness goals!!!!

last night I went bezerk and ate two extra pieces of chicken, and 5oz of cheetos crunch. This may be tougher than I thought it would be. However, today I am back on track. Hmmm, Bananas are no longer part of my plan though. Too many carbs.
