These last pounds are tough!!! I've been eating well. Started the 3rd month of p90x3. I've lost inches but not exactly the weight I was hoping for. Will keep at it. Have to keep at it. My 7 year anniversary is April 20th. Hoping for at least 3 pounds by then.

Finished day12 of p90x3. At the end of each phase I'll do measurements. Happy so far with results. I now enter the month of 2 birthdays (hubby is turning 44 and my first is turning 4), valentine's day and we'll be celebrating Chinese New Year tonight at a restaurant. I know I won't be a saint since celebrations are celebrations and I have never been one to be rude to a host. I just hope I can exercise proper portion control and listen to my stomach tell me it's full. The workouts are only 30 minutes and very intense so I guess I could always tack on another one when I screw up the night before. I'm at the point where I'd rather burn the calories than deprive myself a part in festivities. I still want to meet my 1lb a week goal so I just have to focus!

Two parties knocked my weight up a little. I know it's red wine...but I do enjoy a glass now and then. The sodium content of the food last night was probably outrageous even though I kept to my usually foods. My rings are stuck on my fingers so a good workout and lots of water should bring the weight back down. Started day 8 of p90x3 this morning. Muscles have adjusted and I am really liking the intensity of the workout and loving it is only 30minutes.
