Its a promise.. i shall maintain a diary.. follow the quantity and etc.. and shal not binge.. NO i wont.. I shall maintain food journal and keep myself and my fatsecrets gang of atkins update ( taking you all for granted).. sarah.. i shall follow you on induction...

This is the result of not following atkins... i feel like a POTATO that also the COUCH one...Tomorw is the D day.. yeah.. 12th June 2008 shall mark the day of STRICT ATKINS INDUCTION for life... I shall not break this till my birthday...04.09.08... i shall stick to this.. hope i do...
