I think it's important for me to note here that the "169 lbs" that I recorded some time ago wasn't quite accurate. My weight has fluctuated quite a bit since I last "weighed in". However, in efforts to support my boyfriend, I have started a new diet with him. It's been quite successful, and for the past few days I've been consistently at 168 in the AM and PM!!!!!
