Last week didn't go as well. I guess I really have to be conscience all the time of what I'm eating. I guess I got lazy.
This weekend was really bad.... too many munchies i guess.

Well after all the sushi and potstickers on Saturday and the fully sporatic eating yesterday (because of the bridal show) I wasn't sure how well I was going to have done. But I guess that I did pretty well! YAY! I just have to keep on going...

Day 2 of the Wii Fit; Day 4 of the Diet.
I like the yoga part of the Wii Fit but I think I should start doing the Yoga DVD I think it would be more effective. I wonder if I can get Matt to do it with me?
Matt wants to go to BWW tonight. Any ideas on what to eat? Maybe Naked chicken tenders? I read somewhere that with the spicy garlic sauce it's only 25 calories a tender.
