Good news I did not gain weight. Bad news I did not loss weight. No more excusses! Things change today! I will loss this weight! Fridge is stocked with veggies and fruit there is no reason for not eating well.

This week has been horrible for both work and my diet. Work has been hectic working 14 hour days all week with no good break to sit down and insure I’m eating right and taking care of myself. With no time I have not been eating right and think I have gained weight for the week :(. I will not weight myself until Monday morning so I will not know until then. Something has to change for me to loss this weight. Can’t wait for 9 May when I get to take a week off. But my fear there is that I will be traveling and not eating right because I can’t cook my own food. Seems like I can’t win.
