I have been keeping a food journal for two weeks now. I measure everything out and have gotten more used to feeling full on smaller portions. This week I will be eating out a total of 4 times! Not the usual. Long term keeping a food daily food journal is not realistic anyway. I need to be okay with not knowing the calories of everything I put into my mouth. I have decided to keep a journal 2 - 3 days a week to keep me in check. My daily binge eating has completely stopped, although I do have moments where the urge is very strong. I went ahead and indulged in a 1/2 cup of frozen greek yogurt and it was delicious. I think I am starting to get that if there is something I am really craving, go ahead and have it. I just have to measure out the portion and eat it slowly and savor it.

Hanging out at mom & dad's on Friday. That is always a huge challenge. I tend to go off of the deep end when I am there.

I am happy with where I am so far. My clothes are starting to fit better and that is very encouraging. Only 6 more pounds to go!
