I have tried all diets there is in the market and failed miserably. Today, I am happy to report that I started the 1 meal per day diet on the 1st of July 2016 at 80KG and today as at the 12 August 2016 I lost 13KG and currently weighing 67KG. I can not even start to tell you how great this is. Left with 7KG to reach my goal weight of 60KG. I have to say, once you see the weight dropping, you get so motivated and only push yourself hard to reach your goal.
