I have been awful with my eating lately. I would say it's because I've had mock exams and a week off college but really I'm just very lazy and greedy.

So I'm making an OK start I suppose. I'm mostly eating the same meals I would usually, lunch and dinner. I never really have time for breakfast in the morning and with in being the weekend/holidays now and with me being super lazy I sleep in too long for it to be called breakfast anyway. Really all I'm doing is not snacking between meals, or if I do I'm trying to stick to fruit, particularly grapes. I know they're full of sugar but they're such a nice little snack to have by my side when I'm reading or whatever. So yeh.
I had a kinda bad night on Friday. I ate all my dinner and also had a slither of pineapple cake with icing afterwards. Wouldn't be too bad I suppose, but later my mum offered me a strawberry cornetto and I just couldn't say no. I was sort of afraid to step on the scales the next day so I skipped it, tehe.
Yesterday was ok I suppose. I left for work at 4 and only ate grapes until then. Then for dinner at work I had... a double cheeseburger. But also carrot sticks. Yes. I work at mcdonalds. Cringe.
