second week into BAL and I have only worked out three times and have been eating poorly. Will start to get myself back on track now that the Bronchitis is gone.

Met with my friends and trainer from the AFF BAL group today for breakfast at Panera. Good food and great company. Renewed my strength to continue on my journey.
