[size=5]I have been on again off again with Atkins but as ive tried it ive learned and reasearched and was thoroughly successful last year and then my lyfe fell apart and well being in a pschy ward and trying to keep my job home and lyfe together - hell i dint know one second to the next what was happening what i was doing let alone have the ability to pay attention to what i was eating i would go days with nothing and then eat everything and anything i wanted well since november 24th 2010 when my husband walked out on us after 9 years and EVERYTHING else was destroyed with that event i have not only gained ALL i lost which was 70 pounds - 27 1/2 inches. I have back on 108 pounds which is 38 more than where i started. In my lyfe there never seems to be a calm just always the STORM!!! i started a new job on 8-8 and on 8/18 i had an asthma attack that ended me in the hospital - i got on the scale at the drs office the next day and that was it i decided at that very moment that come hell or high water i would never not be in the ATKINS way again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So after dayum near a year of pickin up the pieces i am THANKFULLY back on the WAGON so to speak. I am working, I have returned to my Education - which quite frankly is the ONE thing that kept me going through ALL the havoc. i have a home again and i am working hard on moving forward through all the wreckage!!! I love my lyfe and my children and I am about to be a Grandma for the 1st time. @ of my children are grown, 1 is in college and the other is headed there after the babys born at the school i attend and so i am SUPER STOKED!!!! Im thankful for a place like this where i can come and vent or cry or write or dream or whateva the case may be and NOONE will judge me!!! I LOVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
