morning smoothie
I guess I led some of you astray..that is my morning and mid morning regime.
I usually eat a salad for lunch BIG, and then roasted veggies with lean animal protein for dinner.
And yes there is sugar in dark berries so there is that sugar.
My nutrionist wanted me to keep to 8oz of animal protein per day but I have NEVER stuck to that I eat up to 20oz some days.
But now as i'm approaching my goal weight I might have to concede to 8oz because its slowing down considerably....15 more lbs to go.....BTW this isnot atkins...its a total lifestyle change NOT a diet

morning smoothie
I have lost 90 pounds since 1/9/13...
sticking to 2 smoothies a day and NO sugar!!!

Smoothie:
Hemp seed
chia seed
Vega one protein powder
Kale
almond milk
ground cinnamon
coconut oil
2 cups organic dark berries ( BB , SB etc)
sometimes broccoli or spinach added

ncnole - IS THAT THEN A SHAKE OR A BAR YOU EAT?
ALSO NO ONE SEEMS TO THINK ITS TOO MUCH SUGAR IF YOU ARE JUST SUBBIING CRANS FOR STRAWS....

best Smoothie ingriedients for AM shake?
im doing a cup of strawberries,cup frz blue berries ,kale, tbsp flxseed, tbspn chia seeds , 2 cups unsweetened almond milk and a little ice.

whaddya think ?
too much sugar from straw & BB's ?
