I feel really good at the moment, not quite sure how i managed to lose 2lb this week but i'm happy regardless. I'm aiming to lose my 8 lbs then totally celebrate as it will be the ksiniest i've ever been as an adult. I went shopping the other day and it was great to buy things that were smaller sizes and things i would never have been able to buy when i was bigger. I'm hoping to have lost another 2lbs this week bringing me down to 13st 6lb...if i broke 13st 5 i would be over the moon and really proud of myself however i know 2lbs is great so i wont push myself.
I am going to try and do some more excercise this week, going to go swimming today if its not busy and then i will see later on in the week and try and go swimming or for a big long walk.
I now have another 6 weeks here so i know i can reach my goal whilst i'm here i just need to get my head down and be sensible. I always give myself 2 days off a week anyway a thurs and a sunday due to sunday lunch so the other days should be fine.
The only thing i'm scared about is when i go home as i move in with my boyfriend and our friend and they both love to eat lots and lots of takeaway too so i need to be strong when i get home and stick to my healthy eating. I will however be able to keep this more uptodate as i will have permanent internet access so that should help me a lot.
Anyway only 6lbs to go!!! woop!!! xx

So i'm a little annoyed with myself. Last night i had a bit of a binge when i got home, food that i really didnt need and i simply kept on eating. I had a wholoe packet of angel delight then spaghetti after that. I need to keep my goal in mind and keep focused. Treats and bad things are fine but in little quantities and not at the end of the night. I need to keep thinking 10!
That is my small term goal to lose 10lbs this month so i need to keep going!!!

Happy as i have managed to budge that 1lb off again :) easy peasy and i still wasnt sticking to my diet religiously this week.
I feel really positive about my weight loss now, i am starting to feel great and i can see it in my clothes etc
A lot of people have started to comment and it makes me feel great, i just need to remember this feeling when i reach for something that is not essential for me. I am all for treats and one off's however i can't let days go on and be unhealthy. I am on the right track and now i have a goal of losing another 10lbs as if i lose that in the next month i will be teh skinniest or lightest i have ever been as an adult!!!!
I will beam that day!
Anyway i need to also look into how i can tone up my belly as its getting a bit jelly like even though i am doing loyts of excercise i need to tone that area up. Also with the tops of my arms and my thighs, but i know i can improve them so i just need to set to work.
Anyway i hope to keep my journal up to date from now on as the internet is back on.

This week i put on 1 lb but i'm still really happy as both my famioly and jamie and matt have been down and i have pigged out for a while. It was nice to be able to eat whatever i want whilst they've been here however i can feel that i'm overeating or just eating for the sake of it so i need to stop that.
Apart from that i am very happy with my progress as 1lb will come off quickly
