Sorry for the absence. I am a busy girl and I have just lost touch. I am still dieting and working out. I did a get fit bootcamp here is Fayetteville, GA and loved it. I lost 3.7% body fat which is great! I could really see a difference in the before and after pics. I can now run a 10 min mile which cut 6 mins off the original time. All this in 4 weeks.
I hope all of you are doing well!

Hey guys! I am back. Work was crazy and I didn't have time to cook much less workout. And I gained almost all my weight back. :( But I am back on. I am staying on phase 2 because it is more realistic for me and right now, that is what I need. I am cutting out alcohol and most carbs but I still have my low sugar oatmeal in the AM and grapes for my midafternoon snack.
Hopefully I can get back down to where I was in 2 weeks. We will see. I will start journaling my calories tomorrow.

I haven't stepped on the scale in several weeks. I have been so busy. I work about 60 hours a week at my regular job, about 5 hrs at my part top job, and a full time school schedule. I don't sleep much less have time to cook or workout. I can tell I have gained weight but it doesn't feel like much. All the clothes still fit but they are not as loose as they were getting. :( I have been eating frozen meals but at least they are lean cuisine, fruit, oatmeal or high fiber cereal and that is it...well besides lots and lots of caffeine. I know this is not healthy or SBD friendly but I tried to buy veggies and other stuff and they went bad before I had a chance to cook them. I have been watching everything to the best of my ability but have been failing. As soon as the race is over, I plan on detoxing for 2 weeks while in phase one and then getting back on track. 5 lbs should be easy to take back off.
I hope everyone is doing well in their weight loss and can't wait to check in regularly in November!

No change in weight. I cheated yesterday. I had biscuits and bacon (real bacon). I found that I like trukey bacon better. The biscuits were so good though. Today is a new day and biscuits aren't soooo bad just kinda bad.
B - egg sandwich (used all natural whole grain bread with nuts)
L - salad with mexican soup
D - tuna wrapped in a whole grain tortilla with spinach leaves and tomato
Workout - 20 mins for 1.05 mi. Had to be at work early but got up at 5a so I could squeeze this in.
