I started out 206 in sept 2014. Due to low blood count. Went on a low carb diet. Try not to eat bread. Pasta rice. Potatoes. Anything I like. But eat a small amount of meat. Lots of eggs. Tuna. Sardines Best is the oven roasted turkey breast meat only sold at Walmart. No carbs. 30 cal per slice n big slices. Yeah. Love turkey bacon. No carbs 30 cal per strip. Kind of tastes like jerky to eat as snack. Good on sweets - never like it. I'm was good n fat on food. Loved everything. It's hard sometimes. I feel so great summertime starting. I'm going to move around a lot n finally walk. That's something I could never do. It's really a life style you have to adjust to. Everyday. Only fat people would understand me. I like incouragement to my friends.
