So, after day 1 I'm feeling pretty good. While I was making my lunch yesterday morning I was like "yeah, right!" I thought for sure I would be starving after eating it. But to my surprise I was quite full. I had my apple at mid-morning, my lunch at noon. I was starved by 5:30 when I started dinner. So today I'll try to have an afternoon snack as well. Dinner was very filling, and I wasn't hungry all evening! I of course had a skinny cow anyway.

The only thing that is killing me is not having much coffee. I used to drink probably 10 cups a day, each with two servings of cream. Now i'm drinking 2 each with one serving of cream. I had a splitting headache last night because of it. That will go away soon though. (I hope!!)

Today I'm going to try to get my 8 glasses of water in, yesterday I had about half that, which is pretty good! I never really drink water, it's always, always coffee or iced tea. Hopefully the rain holds off tonight so we can go to the parkway and get a nice long walk in!!

Still haven't made it to the store. I'm kinda glad though. Today while the boy is napping i've had time to sit down and write out a complete menu plan for the week. I'm in the 24-29pt range, so i've planned every day at about 24 pts, to leave a little room for whatever else I decide to put in my mouth. ;) Here is my plan..

Monday
Breakfast- Maple and brown sugar oatmeal 3pts
Coffee w/ Fit and Active FV cream 2pts
Lunch- Turkey Sandwich (wheat bread, 2oz tky, amer. cheese) 7pts
Pringles 1pt
Dinner- BBQ Chicken (6oz breast) 7pts
Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes 3pts
Snacks- Broccoli with Ranch 1pt
Apple 1pt

Total pts: 25

Tuesday
Breakfast and Lunch same- 12pts
Dinner- Chicken Parm w/ ww pasta and salad 9pts
Snacks- Apple 1pt
F&A Ice cream bar 2pt

Total pts: 24

Wednesday
Breakfast and Lunch same- 12pts
Dinner- Enchiladas 5pts
Snack- Wheat Thins 2pts
Apple 1pt
Soda at work 4pts

Total pts: 24

Thursday
B&L same- 12pts
Dinner- Tuna Casserole 9pts (can't help but have two servings!)
Snack- Ice Cream Bar 2pts
Apple 1pt

Friday

Dinner- Meatloaf 6pts

Snack- Apple 1pt
Broccoli w/ ranch 1pt

Suggestions are always welcome, I'm new to this, and really don't have much of a clue what I'm doing. I will be drinking water and unsweet iced tea unless otherwise noted. :)
