Quiche sans Pâte

Une quiche moins calorique et delicieuse accompagnée de salade.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prechauffer le four th.6 - 180*.
  2. Battre les oeufs en omelette, saler et poivrer.
  3. Verser la farine dans un saladier, creuser un puits et verser la préparation d'oeufs.
  4. Melanger en délayant peu à peu avec le lait.
  5. Incorporer le fromage râpé et les allumettes de jambon.
  6. Enfourner pour 30mn.
  7. Verser la préparation dans un moule en silicone de 22cm de diamètre.
  8. Servir chaude ou froide accompagnée d'une salade verte ou de crudités.
