It was a mixed Fri - Sun. I jogged on Sat evening which is a huge positive. Fairly disciplined through the course of the day Fri - Sun. However, I did have moments of weakness. Fri and Sat nights, binged on almonds.. again the late night tv watching weakness. Gobbled up some cake-icecream left over from friends' anniversary celebration. Had three batata vadas over Sat and Sun.
I will count by blessings that the weak has started at such a great note (weight-wise). If I can stay disciplined through the week, which is not difficult to accomplish, I should be able to finish this week strong.
