Working 7 12 hour days out of the last 8 days did not lend itself well to working out but I did go to a 1 hour Jazzercize class on my 1 day off.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
