alhamdulillah sedikit demi sedikit...setelah stuck 10 hari BB nggak mau turun barang se ons pun. 😄
189.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Bianca Manoch semingguan lalu aku sempet naik sampe 2kg pun gara2 banyak yg lg ultah, isinya makan2 mulu 🤣. Pokoknya setelah makan2 segera bertobat haha
